Ingredients
Serves : 4
2 Boiled Potatoes (smashed)
1/2 Bowl Fenugreek leaves Wash n Chopped
2 cup White Millet Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 tsp sesame seeds
4 tsp oil
1 tsp carrom seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp garam masala
2-3 tsp curd
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Water as required to knead the dough
1/2 tsp Ghee to apply on every Rotla after roasted
Directions
Take a mixing bowl add smashed potatoes, Fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, oil, curd, all dry masala. Mix it well. Need the dough add water as required to knead the soft n smooth dough. Keep a side for half an hr.
Take a thick tava on medium flame.
Now make medium sized ball roll it like thick roti. Placed it on hot tava. Roast it from both the side on medium flame.
Take it out on a plate apply ghee n serve it with chutney, ketchup or any dip.
